Sanjana Ramesh
R&D Electrical Engineer
A dedicated cleantech innovator, Sanjana has experience developing novel energy storage systems, including vanadium flow batteries. She recently designed and installed an operational microgrid pilot in Singapore. She holds an MS in Power Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a BEng in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bangalore University.

Rayan Kassis
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Longtime cleantech startup veteran with deep expertise in commercializing novel power technologies, Rayan has decades of experience in energy development, investment, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Formerly with GE, Vestas, and eSolar Inc., he has worked across wind, solar PV, CSP, thermal storage, hydro, and natural gas. With 9GW of operational experience spanning 50+ projects in 24 countries, he brings a track record of scaling innovative energy solutions globally.

Shumithira Gandan
PhD - Optics & Semiconductor Physicist
Shumithira is supporting our TPV power conversion design focus after 6+ years of R&D in designing optical characterization systems for III-V semiconductors at Meta, Ficontec, and uLed. Shumithira holds a PhD in Physics from Tyndall National Institute, an MEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Photonics Multimedia University in Malaysia, and a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from First City University.

Mike Slack
PhD – Co-founder & Chief Systems Engineer
Accomplished scientist, engineer, and executive with 20+ years of experience transforming novel technologies into commercial products and large-scale energy projects. Formerly with eSolar, he played a key role in developing the CSP technology behind Sundrop Farms in Australia. His expertise spans R&D in mathematics, scientific computing, systems biology, sensor optimization, and advanced energy systems.

Oliver Weber
PhD – Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Background in industrial R&D driving commercialisation of innovative, world-record efficiency tandem solar cell technology at Oxford PV Ltd. His expertise spans photovoltaics, electrochemistry, data science, and technology transfer. He holds a PhD from the University of Bath’s Centre for Sustainable Chemical Technologies and has co-authored 16 scientific papers on advanced energy systems.
